A concurrent multiuser license enables a number of people to simultaneously access the full range of ITIL material in its full online format. Multiuser access to the material is by IP authentication, password and username, or referral link (read more about multiuser access) and this means that any person accessing the material using these methods will be able to do so – up to the maximum number of simultaneous users permitted by your license.
